Sec. 180. (a) After use as a medium for cooling the exterior surfaces of: (1) food, such as melons or fish; (2) packaged foods, such as canned beverages; or (3) cooling coils and tubes of equipment; ice may not be used as food. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a P item.
