410 IAC 7-26-219 Accurate representation of food using standards of identity

Sec. 219. (a) Packaged food must comply with standards of identity requirements in 21 CFR 131 through 21 CFR 169 and 9 CFR 319, and the general requirements in 21 CFR 130 and 9 CFR 319 Subpart A. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a core item.
