410 IAC 7-26-222 Other forms of information

Sec. 222. (a) Retail food establishment or manufacturers' dating information on foods may not be concealed or altered. (b) The person-in-charge shall notify consumers by written notification of the presence of major food allergens as an ingredient in unpackaged food items served or sold to the consumer. (c) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) or (b) is a core item.
