410 IAC 7-26-243 Cleanability of non-food contact surfaces

Sec. 243. (a) Non-food contact surfaces must be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and facilitate maintenance. (b) For purposes of this section, a violation of subsection (a) is a core item.
