410 IAC 7-26-39 "Egg product" defined

Sec. 39. (a) "Egg product" means all, or a portion of, the contents found inside an egg, separated from the shell and pasteurized in a food processing plant, with or without added ingredients and intended for human consumption, such as dried, frozen, or liquid eggs. (b) The term does not include food that contains eggs only in a relatively small proportion, such as cake mixes.
