410 IAC 7-26-48 "Foodborne disease outbreak" defined

Sec. 48. "Foodborne disease outbreak" means the occurrence of: (1) at least two (2) cases of a similar illness resulting from ingesting a common food; or (2) a single case of an illness from botulism or chemical poisoning.
