410 IAC 7-26-52 "Game animal" defined

Sec. 52. (a) "Game animal" means an animal, the product of which is food for human comsumption that is not: (1) regulated as a livestock or poultry product under IC 15-17-5; (2) fish as defined in section 45 of this rule; and (3) possessed or raised in violation of state or federal law. (b) The term includes non-farm raised animals, including deer, bison, quail, rabbit, or elk.
