410 IAC 7-26-63 "Intact meat" defined

Sec. 63. "Intact meat" means a cut of whole muscle that has not undergone:
(1) comminution;
(2) mechanical tenderization;
(3) vacuum tumbling with solutions;
(4) reconstruction;
(5) cubing; or
(6) pounding.
