410 IAC 7-26-76 "Molluscan shellfish" defined

Sec. 76. (a) "Molluscan shellfish" means any edible species of fresh or frozen: (1) oysters; (2) clams; (3) mussels; or (4) scallops; or edible portions thereof, except when the scallop product consists only of the shucked adductor muscle. (b) The term includes shellstock, shucked shellfish, and in-shell products.
