410 IAC 7-26-79 "Packaged" defined

Sec. 79. (a) "Packaged" means:
(1) bottled;
(2) canned;
(3) cartoned;
(4) bagged; or
(5) wrapped;
whether packaged in a retail food establishment or food processing plant.
(b) The term does not include wrapped or placed in a carry-out container to protect the food during service or delivery to the consumer, by a food employee, on consumer request.
