410 IAC 7-26-85 "Plumbing fixture" defined

Sec. 85. "Plumbing fixture" means a receptacle or device that: (1) is permanently or temporarily connected to the water distribution system of the premises and demands a supply of water from the system; or (2) discharges used water, waste materials, or sewage directly or indirectly to the drainage system of the premises.
