410 IAC 7-26-88 "Poultry" defined

Sec. 88. "Poultry" means the following:
(1) Chickens.
(2) Turkeys.
(3) Ducks.
(4) Geese.
(5) Guineas.
(6) Ratites.
(7) Squab.
(8) Any other amenable avian species regulated under IC 15-17-5.
