460 IAC 14.1-30-4 Impartial due process hearing

Sec. 4. (a) A person shall receive an impartial due process hearing not later than sixty (60) days after the VR program receives the written appeal request, unless: (1) an agreement is reached during mediation or through any other settlement; (2) the person withdraws their appeal request; or (3) the person and the VR program agree to an extension of time. (b) Within thirty (30) days after an impartial due process hearing is finished, the applicant or participant shall receive a written report of the findings and grounds for the decision from the impartial hearing officer.
