460 IAC 14.1-30-6 Civil action

Sec. 6. A party dissatisfied with the decision of the director of the division may bring a civil action in any state court under IC 4-21.5-5 or a United States district court of competent jurisdiction under 34 CFR 361.57, without regard to the amount in controversy.
