460 IAC 14.1-3-29 "Family member" defined

Sec. 29. "Family member" of a participant or an applicant means, except as defined in 460 IAC 14.1-16-4, an individual who is: (1) a parent, grandparent, spouse, sibling, or child, whether related by blood, marriage, or adoption; (2) a guardian; or (3) a person living in the same household as an applicant or a participant and has a substantial interest in the well-being of the applicant or participant.
