460 IAC 14.1-3-30 "Financial interest" defined

Sec. 30. "Financial interest" means:
(1) an ownership;
(2) an employment;
(3) a supervisory; or
(4) a management;
interest in the purchase, sale, lease, contract, or option of goods or services, or an interest involving property or services.
