511 IAC 6-7.2-14 "Public service" defined

Sec. 14. "Public service" is defined as service that: (1) is intended to benefit the general public and enhance the quality of life in communities; (2) actively engages students with their communities through selfless service; and (3) allows students to gain interpersonal skills and broad understanding of communities through voluntary involvement with groups, teams, organizations, committees, collectives, or bodies that benefit the public.
