511 IAC 7-32-55 "Job coach" defined

Sec. 55. "Job coach" means an individual who works with and on behalf of a student with a disability who participates in supported
employment. A job coach:
(1) provides support and training to the student and the employer, including, but not limited to, organizing the tasks necessary to do
the job into sequential steps; and
(2) teaches the student by working alongside the student while the tasks and job are being learned.
