675 IAC 12-3-5 Explosive magazine permit fee

Sec. 5. (a) An application for issuance of a regulated explosive magazine permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building
Services Fund in an amount as follows:
Type 1, 4, or 5

Type 2, 3, or indoor

(b) An application to annually renew a regulated explosive magazine permit shall be accompanied by payment to the Fire and Building
Services Fund in an amount as follows:
Type 1, 4, or 5

Type 2, 3, or indoor
