68 IAC 27-13-2 Statewide Internet self-restriction

Sec. 2. (a) Individuals wishing to self-restrict from online sports wagering statewide may do so via the commission's website.
(b) Individuals may choose statewide Internet self-restriction for a period of one (1) year or five (5) years.
(c) The commission shall maintain an official statewide Internet self-restriction list. The commission shall notify each sports wagering
operator of any addition to or deletion from the list by transmitting a notice directly to each sports wagering operator.
(d) Sports wagering operators must restrict wagering by statewide Internet self-restriction participants and may not market to statewide
Internet self-restricted participants.
(e) The statewide Internet self-restriction program is confidential, and the names of restricted persons may be disseminated only by the
commission to a sports wagering operator for purposes of enforcement or to another entity designated by statute.
(f) Sports wagering operators shall be responsible for the actions of third-party business partners and contractors related to the statewide
Internet self-restriction program.
