68 IAC 27-13-3 Removal from statewide Internet self-restriction

Sec. 3. (a) A person who has registered for the statewide Internet self-restriction program may, upon the expiration of the selected term
of self-restriction, submit a notice to the commission requesting removal from the statewide Internet self-restriction program.
(b) The commission shall advise sports wagering operators of the person's removal from the statewide Internet self-restriction program
within ten (10) business days.
(c) Sports wagering operators may elect to continue excluding previously self-restricted persons.
