68 IAC 8-2-23 Human services

Sec. 23. The human services section shall include the following:
(1) A list of the agencies and corresponding telephone numbers for those agencies responsible for providing emergency human
services, including, but not limited to, the following:
(A) Food.
(B) Shelter.
(C) Clothing.
(D) Continuity of medical care.
(E) Crisis counseling.
(2) A description of the major human services activities and the means for the accomplishment of those
activities.
