68 IAC 8-2-24 Documentation and investigative follow-up

Sec. 24. The documentation and investigative follow-up section shall include the following: (1) A list of all reports required by local, state, and federal agencies and the individuals responsible for preparing the reports after an incident. (2) A description of the methods for evaluating emergency responses and an identification, by title, of the individuals responsible for conducting the evaluations. (3) A description of the provisions for cost recovery.
