820 IAC 4-2-8 Manicurist tool case; textbooks and workbooks

Sec. 8. (a) Not later than the completion of the first forty (40) hours, beauty culture schools shall furnish the following to each student enrolled in manicurist training:
(1) A manicurist tool case.
(2) Textbooks in printed or electronic format.
(3) Workbooks in printed or electronic format.
(b) The manicurist tool case required by subsection (a) must include at least the following:
(1) One (1) pair of cuticle nippers.
(2) One (1) nail pusher.
(3) One (1) box of porous nail files.
(4) One (1) nonporous nail file.
(5) One (1) nail brush.
(6) One (1) manicure bowl.
(c) The items required to be furnished to students under this section become the personal property of the students to be used in their training.
