820 IAC 4-2-7 Esthetics tool case; textbooks and workbooks

Sec. 7. (a) Not later than the completion of the first eighty (80) hours, beauty culture schools shall furnish the following to each student enrolled in esthetician training:
(1) An esthetician case.
(2) Textbooks in printed or electronic format.
(3) Workbooks in printed or electronic format.
(b) The esthetician case required by subsection (a) must include at least the following:
(1) Two (2) comedone extractors.
(2) One (1) cleanser.
(3) One (1) moisturizer.
(4) One (1) pair of tweezers.
(5) One (1) mirror.
(6) One (1) mask.
(7) Two (2) makeup sponges.
(8) Six (6) disposable lip brushes.
(9) Two (2) eyeliner brushes.
(10) Two (2) shadow brushes.
(11) Two (2) blush brushes/powder brushes and two (2) powder brushes.
(12) One (1) concealer.
(13) Two (2) foundations of different color.
(14) One (1) powder.
(15) One (1) brow powder/brow pencil.
(16) Six (6) disposable mascara wands.
(17) Two (2) each of light, medium, and dark eye shadow.
(18) Two (2) lip pencils of different color.
(19) Two (2) lipsticks.
(20) Two (2) contour blushes of different color.
(21) Two (2) highlight blushes of different color.
(c) The items required to be furnished to students under this section shall become the personal property of the students to be used in their training.
