105 IAC 7-1-24 Notice of start of construction

Sec. 24. The permittee shall notify the department's sub-district office five (5) working days prior to the start of any work activity on the highway right-of-way, of the date such work will commence. The permittee shall notify the department's sub-district office prior to completion of all work on the highway right-of-way of the anticipated date such work will be complete.
