105 IAC 7-1-25 Traffic control

Sec. 25. The permittee shall erect and maintain all necessary traffic control signs, barricades, detour signs, and other traffic control devices required to safely direct traffic over or around the part of the highway where permitted operations are to be done in accordance with the construction and maintenance section of the Indiana manual on uniform traffic control devices. Disruption to traffic shall be kept to a minimum and shall require approval of the department prior to beginning other work activities on the right-of-way.
