865 IAC 1-15-15 Reactivation if inactive for six years or less

Sec. 15. Registered land surveyors who have been inactive for a period of six (6) years or less at the date the reactivation application is filed must either: (1) pass part IIB of the next regularly scheduled land surveyor examination; or (2) show proof of having completed twenty-four (24) hours of continuing education in accordance with section 2 of this rule, within the two (2) year period immediately prior to the date the reactivation application is filed.
