865 IAC 1-15-16 Reactivation if inactive for more than six years

Sec. 16. Registered land surveyors who have been inactive for a period of more than six (6) years at the date the reactivation application is filed must: (1) pass part IIB of the next regularly scheduled land surveyor examination; and (2) show proof of having completed twenty-four (24) hours of continuing education in accordance with section 2 of this rule, within the two (2) year period immediately prior to the date the reactivation application is filed.
