312 IAC 22-3-6 Analyses

Sec. 6. (a) A person who performs an investigation or a scientific investigation under this article must demonstrate both of the following: (1) The analysis requirements will be met in a manner which is no less effective than the analysis requirements contained in 312 IAC 21-3-6. (2) If the recovery of human remains is part of the plan, the analysis requirements will be met in a manner which is no less effective than those contained in section 9(a) through 9(c) of this rule. (b) The director may require analyses in addition to those required in section 9(b) through 9(c) of this rule for a scientific investigation that requires the application of specialized technology or methods to resolve issues of genetic affinity or scientific research in the study of past human populations.
