312 IAC 22-3-7 Curation; scientific investigations

Sec. 7. (a) The curation of artifacts, materials, and specimens recovered during a scientific investigation is controlled by 312 IAC
21-3-8(a) through 312 IAC 21-3-8(b).
(b) In addition to the requirements contained in subsection (a), section 9(g) through 9(h) of this rule applies to the recovery of buried human
remains.
