326 IAC 11-7-6 Standards for municipal waste combustor fugitive ash emissions

Sec. 6. The owner or operator of a designated facility shall meet the fugitive ash emission standards specified in 40 CFR 60, Subpart Eb, Section 60.55b*. *This document is incorporated by reference.
