327 IAC 5-1.5-62 "SIC" defined

Sec. 62. "SIC" means the standard industrial classification applicable to a particular industrial activity in accordance with the Standard Industrial Classification Manual published by the Office of Management and Budget of the Executive Office of the President of the United States.
