327 IAC 5-1.5-62.5 "Site" defined

Sec. 62.5. "Site" means the land or water area upon which a source and its water pollution control facilities are physically located,
including, but not limited to, adjacent land used for utility systems, repair, storage, shipping or processing areas, or other areas incident to the
industrial, manufacturing, or water pollution treatment processes.
