327 IAC 8-3.5-9 Effect of general permit rule

Sec. 9. Compliance with the general construction permit rule does not:
(1) convey any property rights of any sort or any exclusive privileges;
(2) authorize any injury to persons or private property or invasion of other private rights or any infringement of federal, state, or local
laws or regulations;
(3) substitute any duty to obtain other state or local approval or permits required by law for the proposed construction project;
or
(4) construe as guaranteeing that the proposed construction project shall meet standards, limitations, or requirements of any agency
of state or federal government.
