LAC 46:LXIII.801. Preface

A. Continuing education is an ongoing process consisting of structured learning activities designed to maintain, develop, or enhance professional competence related to the practice of psychology. B. Each licensed psychologist, provisionally licensed psychologist, or licensed psychological associate, pursuant to Title 37, Chapter 28, is required to complete continuing education hours within biennial reporting periods. For purposes of this Chapter, the term “licensee” shall include licensed psychologists, provisionally licensed psychologists, and licensed psychological associates unless otherwise specified. C. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to all Continuing Education Reports due on July 1, 2027, and thereafter.
