LAC 46:LXIII.803. Requirements

A. Each licensee is required to complete 30 hours or credits of continuing education within the biennial reporting period. For purposes of this Chapter, the biennial reporting period begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. B. Within each reporting period, two of the required hours or credits for continuing education must be within the area of ethics or law in accordance with the limitations specified in Section 807. C. Within each reporting period, two of the required hours or credits of continuing education must be within the area of multiculturalism or diversity in accordance with the limitations specified in Section 807.
