LAC 46:LXVII.5317. Tuition, Fees, and Contracts

A. Each real estate school shall enter into a written contract with each student that shall clearly set forth the tuition and fees charged by the school for a specific course of instruction and the school refund policy. B. A copy of the contract, signed by an authorized representative of the school, shall be provided to the student immediately after both parties sign the contract. C. Any additional fees charged for supplies, materials, or required books shall be clearly itemized in the school contract, and such supplies, materials, or books shall become the property of the student upon payment.
