LAC 46:XLVII.705. Initial Survey

A. A board representative shall conduct a survey of the institution requesting the establishment of a practical nursing program to include the proposed clinical facilities of cooperating agencies to be utilized in order to ascertain that the initial requirements may be satisfactorily accomplished. B. A report of the initial survey shall be submitted to the board and the institution shall be notified of the board's findings.
