LAC 46:XXV.1059. Meetings and Hearings by Videoconference

A. Testimony may be received in any hearing or meeting pursuant to this Chapter via teleconference or videoconference when necessary for the interests of justice and expediency, provided the hearing or meeting is conducted in compliance with relevant open meetings laws. B. No teleconference or videoconference may proceed under this Chapter if the respondent, licensee, or applicant whose credential or application is at issue cannot meaningfully participate in the teleconference or videoconference.
