A. The board may issue a letter of concern or education when there is insufficient evidence of a violation. B. Notwithstanding the board’s reporting obligations under 45 CFR 60.4 et seq., a letter of concern or education will not result in a “disciplinary flag” as that term is described in this Chapter.
