A. No person shall operate as a drug wholesaler, drug distributor or operate a drug warehouse within the state of Louisiana without first applying for, paying required fee and obtaining a permit to operate issued by the state health officer. Operating without such permit is a violation of this Code. B. Every establishment regulated by this Part shall have displayed at all times a permit to operate.
