A. All grounds where buildings are located shall be properly graded to provide a natural drainage, thus preventing an accumulation of stagnant water and other material. B. [formerly paragraph 6:219] No litter, waste or refuse shall be allowed to accumulate in and around the building or yards. Waste shall be removed and disposed of in an approved manner.
