LAC 51:XXIII.4119. Maintenance Equipment [formerly paragraph 22:37]

A. Maintenance tools such as brooms, mops, vacuum cleaners, and similar equipment shall be: 1. stored so they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, linens, and single-service and single-use articles; and 2. stored in an orderly manner that facilitates cleaning. B. Mops should be hung and/or stored in a manner to facilitate air drying.
