LAC 51:XXIII.4739. Inspections/Violations/Closure [formerly paragraph 23A:015]

A. All food operations are subject to at least daily inspections by representatives of the department. B. Critical violations shall be corrected in accordance with §4311 of this Part. C. Noncritical violations shall be corrected in accordance with §4313 of this Part. D. Failure to make the necessary corrections or repeated violations will result in monetary penalties, sanctions, suspension of permit, seizure of food and/or further legal action.
