A. A consumable hemp processor or manufacturer shall obtain a certificate of analysis (COA) of the distillate or concentrate used to produce any consumable hemp product. The COA shall include the information required by §501.C.5 of this Chapter. B. A manufacturer shall obtain a COA of each batch of consumable hemp product that it manufactures. The COA shall include the information required by §501.C.1-10 of this Chapter. C. A consumable hemp processor or manufacturer shall not sell or distribute in Louisiana any consumable hemp product from a batch whose COA indicates an exceedance of any of the maximum contaminant limits set forth in §501.C.1-10 of this Chapter or indicates that the product otherwise violates any requirements of this Chapter or Part VI of Chapter 10-a of R.S. Title 3. D. The COAs required by this Section shall be retained for at least three years and shall be made available to the department upon request.
