LAC 7:XXXIII.109. Change of Ownership of Licensed Establishments

A. Whenever the ownership or operation of a licensed establishment changes, the new owner or operator must submit an application for a license to the department at least 30 days prior to the date the change in ownership or operation is to take place. B. Within 30 days of change of ownership or operation, the new owner or operator shall submit to the department a certified copy of the act of sale, lease agreement or other legal document showing change of ownership or operation.
