C. Describe organizations and individuals within a school or parish that help solve issues, including the school principal, school custodian, volunteers, police officers, and fire and rescue workers. D. Describe the importance of rules and how they help protect our liberties. E. Explain how people can work together to make decisions. F. Identify local business and government leaders and describe their roles.
