LAC 13:III.905. Method and Timing of Application

A. An application shall be submitted for approval to the development supervisor for the Department of Economic Development, Office of Commerce and Industry. B. The application shall include a manning table setting forth job titles, number of employees per job title and hourly wage per job title. A maximum of 10 percent deviation in the proposed manning table will be allowed.
