LAC 13:III.907. Contract and Monitoring

A. A contract shall be executed between the state of Louisiana and a local approved non-profit economic development organization from the same geographical area as the site location of the applicant on behalf of the applicant industry. B. The nonprofit corporation shall monitor the progress of training under the contract and report to the development supervisor who shall also monitor the progress of the training.
